Description: | SUMMARY
Prepare all entries and functions to close daily revenue centers in preparation for the next day posting.
| Duties: | ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Audit and verify all transactions from revenue departments i.e. lodging, restaurant, catering, General Store, etc.
Prepares spreadsheets from financial data.
Prepares daily reports and distributes (ie. Flash, Daily Labor)
Reports any out of balances or questionable entries from the prior day.
Run all end of day processes & reports on the computer i.e. SMS, Micros, etc.
Post necessary transactions to guest folios.
Run backups of all property programs.
Front desk representative during shift to assist guests with issues, check guests into and out of lodging rooms; answer telephones and directs calls to guests.
Must be able to handle deadline stress and keep all Sundance information confidential.

DRESS CODE
Sundance recognizes the impact that our image has on the guest’s impression of the resort and the perception of our ability to provide professional service to our clientele. In order to best promote a positive, professional image that meets Sundance guest’s expectations, employees are required to dress in a professional, conservative fashion that is appropriate for their area. Please use the following as a minimum standard.
All aspects of the Personal Appearance policy (SPL#50) must be in compliance.
Employees are required to wear nametags at all times while on duty.
Clothing must be unwrinkled and clean, and in good condition (no rips, tears, or frays regardless of whether accidental or fashionably placed).
Blue jeans are permitted.
Men’s shirts must be tucked in.
Appropriate skirt length is from the knee to the ankle.
A tailored fit is required of all clothing.
Tank tops, halter tops tube tops, and spaghetti straps are prohibited.
Sleeveless shirts are permitted for females.
Bare midriffs are prohibited.
Dress sandals are permitted for females.
Flip flops are prohibited in all areas.
Light-colored or dirty tennis shoes are prohibited unless there is a business need (ie: Canyon Clean up, manual labor). Black, brown, or tan-colored tennis shoes are permitted.
T-shirts must be in good condition and may not advertise Sundance competitors or have pictures or offensive language.
Hats are not permitted unless frequently traveling outdoors.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
