| Technical Support team member for healthcare related distance-learning program. Looking for organized, people-oriented individual with good communication skills to provide technical support including support calls, emails, instant message, and forum inquiries. Ability to answer general questions about computer hardware, software, and company specific questions related to the educational website and the internet. Excellent phone and computer skills a must. Full-time: 1-8 M-F, 12-4 Saturdays. |
Duties: |
| Provide technical support received by telephone calls, e-mails, forum inquiries and Instant Messenger requests. Answer general questions about computer hardware and software. Answer company specific questions related to Career Step's educational website and the Internet. Troubleshoot browsing, e-mail and USB device issues. |
Qualifications: |
| Self-motivated and computer-savvy. Excellent telephone and communication skills. Must be organized and people-oriented. Candidates must have experience with windows 98-XP, HTML, and the ability to troubleshoot Internet, browser, email, and USB device issues. (Any skills in CSS, PHP, Java, Javascript, Flash, audio editing, Vista and/or Unix scripting are a plus.) |
