Description: | Assistant to the President/Owner. Help to oversee day to day operations. This is a long term position with the ability to grow with the company.
Requirements
Experience:
Qualified candidates need to have:
2+ years administrative experience preferred.
Energetic and enthusiastic attitude needed.
Required Skills: Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Quick Books, Microsoft Office programs, Word and Excel. Must have a strong attention to detail. Go getter! Team player and be able to work well in a team driven environment. At times will work independently of staff to reach expected company goals.
Responsibilities include: Support the management of existing customers, production and staff. Support company in acquiring and cultivation of new accounts and opportunities, support customer relationship management, and provide superior customer service. Handle record maintenance and report generation, be informed of current Industry related news and products, and communicate with company members via communication tools provided, and manage day to day assigned administrative duties. The ability to be flexible as needed by the Ownership.
Pay Rate DOE: $12.00 $15.00, incentives and profit sharing benefits.
