| CLEARLINK is looking for an experienced Email marketing manager to join our team as the driving force behind our email efforts. This individual will develop and execute email strategies and lead our data acquisition programs across our portfolio of brands, including DISH Network, ADT, DIRECTV, and many more. We are looking for a breakthrough strategic thinker and a strong leader that can step into a new role and take ownership of our email channel. |
Duties: |
Essential Responsibilities include:
Conceptualize and execute email marketing campaigns driving multi-channel customer acquisitions. Includes providing direction and strategy on creative, content, to/from/subject lines, exclusive promotions that drive response, etc.
Work with third party email vendor on negotiating new campaign contracts, implementing, identifying and troubleshooting problems.
Conceptualize and initiate tests to continually improve key metrics (opens, click-throughs, inbound calls and customer acquisitions) and lower customer acquisition costs
Analyze campaign metrics to drive day-to-day business decisions and determine future initiatives
Monitor and minimize unsubscribe rates.
Monetize existing CLEARLINK customer database

Qualifications: |
Requirements:|
Deep knowledge of email marketing. 2-3 years minimum in consumer email marketing
Curiosity and idea generation to drive new concepts. Understanding the competitive landscape, consumer mindset, product information, etc. and finding new ways to position our portfolio of products in the market space.
Ownership and decision-making. This individual must have the confidence to drive innovation and lead our email initiatives.
