Air Engineering is a global company and a leader in the industrial compressed air business with a 46-year history of working with world-class corporations like Hormel Foods, Miller Brewing, Sara Lee, Tyco Kendall, US Gypsum and Whirlpool/Maytag.
The selected Independent Representatives will be given existing accounts and qualified leads in a protected territory, as well as training, resources, sales tools and continuous support from our Sales Team.
MUST HAVE:
- Proven success as an Industrial B2B Sales Professional
- MRO or even Air Compressor Technical or Sales experience:
o Already a non-competitive Manufacturer’s Rep
o Existing accounts at AE’s customers or targets
- Big-Picture Mentality and the ability to Think BIG
- Financial Stability
- Confidence and Tenacity
- Outgoing personality and a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Internet/Tech Savvy
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Willingness and ability to travel reliably
- Well-equipped home office and portable business devices (wireless laptop and a Blackberry, Smart Phone or other E-mail capable telecommunications device)
WOULD PREFER TO HAVE:
- College degree
- Salesforce.com experience
- Multilingual skills
