Description:

IDQA candidate reports to the technical director and performs work as assigned and supervised by management.

IDQA assures that existing and ongoing platform specific needs function at a high level, and works at various levels, from programming floor to the front end of the business.

The roles the IDQA fills vary widely and covers a wide range of technical understanding and competency, including; APACHE, AJAX, CLASSES, CRON JOBS, FRAMEWORKS, JAVA, JAVASCRIPT, LAMP, LINUX, MVC MODEL, PERL, and PHP.

Besides this advanced and fundamental knowledge, the IDQA must function as a 3 party integration and proprietary systems evangelist that provides co-developer support and performs additional roles as defined by management.

For all of these roles, IDQA is expected to understand, meet and exceed all requirements.

Duties:

PROJECT AND PRODUCT RELATED COMPETENCIES

Solution Development and Delivery
* Understands technical and functional design requirements
* Assists in physical and logical database design
* Creates prototypes for client engagements
* Designs, codes, and tests technical solutions
* Contributes to ongoing development and adheres to conventions of proprietary and core technologies
* Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions
* Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules
* Works cooperatively with internal teams of developers, artistic, business, technical and project management and external teams of business and creative associates
* Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards
* Develops applicable internal and external meeting objectives and agendas.

Communication

* Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional and engaging
* Relational databases
* Understands advanced relational database concepts
* Demonstrates proficiency with physical and logical database design
* Writes effective stored procedures in applicable instances of possesses demonstrated work experience with multiple relational database management systems.

Programming Languages
* Demonstrates proficiency in at least one structured programming language and familiarity with multiple programming languages with a heavy grasp of AJAX, PHP and LAMP.
* Read, create and understands XML
* A fundamental understanding of Multiple system architectures, frameworks and objects
* Understands client server and demonstrates familiarity with object and component methodology and technology
