| Are you a handyman that is self motivated? This is the job for you. Duties include taking care of an 122 room Crystal Inn and Suties, inside and out. You will be over 1 maintenace assistant, and as a team you will do minor repairs and maintenance on a well maintained and beautiful property. |
Duties: |
| Maintain pool, rooms, common areas, grounds. Work like a general contractor in lining up bids, and big repairs with outside vendors. Minor electrical, drywall, carpet repair. |
Qualifications: |
| Past experience in facilities maintenance, preferrably in hotels or other property management groups. Must be able to work efficiently, use time wisely and perform at a high standard in repairs of guest rooms and public areas. |
