Description: |
| Control4 is looking for a full-time Regional Trainer with high energy to join our team. The primary responsibility of a Control4 Regional Trainer is to educate our Dealers and Distributors on Control4 Products. Trainers play an important role in ensuring Control4 Dealers understand our product line from capabilities to design and installation. Trainers are on the road 70% of the time conducting live training to sales personnel, managers, and technicians. |
Duties: |
•Train and motivate dealers on products, system design, and programming
•Work closely with the training team to develop comprehensive training programs/curriculum and materials including online training
•Work closely with the Director of Training to create effective presentations and materials
•Deliver strong, high energy Sales Training Presentations and Tech I Courses |
Qualifications: |
• Minimum of five years training experience in Consumer Electronics or Custom Installation
• Experience in delivering product knowledge and technical training
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office and Flash
 Bachelor’s degree required and/or equivalent work experience
