| BIG LOCAL is looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our team as the driving force behind our sales staff growth efforts. This individual will be directly responsible for actively recruiting quality sales representatives. We are looking for a breakthrough strategic thinker and a strong leader that can step into this role and take ownership of our recruiting efforts. |
Duties: |
Essential Responsibilities include:
• Actively recruit Outbound Sales Representatives
• Development and implement strategic recruiting efforts
• Place advertisements through various posting sources to increase applicant flow
• Work directly with the leadership of the team to meet number of new hires to meet predicted growth
• Pre-screen and conduct final interviews for qualified candidates

Qualifications: |
Requirements:|
2-3 years minimum in Human Resources Recruiting position required. Must have the ability to act calmly in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment. Ownership and decision-making skills to drive our recruiting efforts. This individual must have the confidence to meet high expectations and work hard to achieve results.
