Nature's Way is looking for a detail oriented Component Verification Operator.

*This position is swing shift: Monday - Thursday; 3:30pm - 2:00am |
Duties: |
Scoops and weighs powder as per Material Batch Record (MBR) required quantities.
Main Duties and Responsibilites:
•Verify all ingredients on batch record.
•Prepares batch cards to be affixed to weighed materials.
•Ensure raw material has been QA released, has not expired, and does not contain contamination.
•Accurately scoops and weighs powder as per MBR required quantities.
•Understand GMP’s and SOP’s.
•Make labels to be affixed to barrels.
•Accurately record and keep production records and logs.
•Keep production records and logs.
•Accurately record necessary information on MBR’s.
•Verifies all barrels coming in and going out for lot number, appearance and correct quantities.
•Screening material through screen, and magnets when needed, during scooping process. |
Qualifications: |
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must be detail oriented and be able to follow very specific instructions. |
