Duties: |
| Production and baking of all 40+ pastry products. You must be able to follow instructions and standard recipes to meet exact standards. Must be able to perform day to day pastry duties and operations. Must be able to perform physical tasks (able to lift 50 lbs above waist). This is a high volume production environment and you must have a high sense of urgency. Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a stressful environment. Professional cake decorating experience is not required but useful. Must be able to work Holidays and peak times. No time off is given during peak holidays. Please do not apply if you do not have pastry experience. Need to commit for at least one year. |
Qualifications: |
| Must have pastry and baking experience. Culinary school is not a must but a plus. Must be quick with hands, able to multi-task, must be able to lift 50 lbs. above waist, must pay attention to detail and follow corporate recipes. Be available from 5am - 3 pm, 4-6 days per week. Must work Fridays, Saturdays, and Holidays. |
