Description:

Restocks the gourmet buffet at the Roof Restaurant. Helps in the kitchen.

Duties:

Assists the chef in producing and displaying quality food at the Roof Restaurant.

Qualifications:

High School diploma preferred. 15 Hours a week. Thursday-Saturday 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Able to move 50 pounds, communicate well in English with the guests, abide by Temple Square Hospitality Corporation's 100% smoke-free policy.
