| Help prepare and plate desserts for wedding, holiday parties, banquets and receptions, and our two fine restaurants including the famous dessert buffet in the Roof restaurant. Various days Monday through Saturday. Hours generally 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The work is fast-paced with lots going on at once. Great opportunity to learn new skills in baking and pastry work and show your artistic talents. |

Qualifications: |
| Team members will be enthusiastic about pastry work and baking, flexible in outlook, adaptable to change, motivated, and enjoy working in a team environment. Good hand/eye coordination and manual skills are required and applicants should be able to move items weighting up to 50 pounds. On feet for most of the shift. Previous experience is not required. We are skilled at training people with the right traits and talents. Successful applicants will be expected to obtain a valid food handler permit. Neat grooming; pleasant manner and attitude; able to communicate with guests in excellent English; outstanding interpersonal skills. High school graduate preferred. no smoking on the job. |
