Description:

Maintain hotel and property, inspect hotel, repair equipment, furniture, fixtures, damages to both exterior and interior of building. The position also requires preventative maintenance work, maintaining records, pool and sprinkler maintenance, and special projects.

Duties:

Repairs and maintenance of hotel, rooms, pool that require plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Previous experience required.
