Duties:

Job Overview: To greet, accommodate and facilitate 5 star guest check-in and check-out of spa by providing friendly, efficient and accurate service. To maximize spa bookings while creating and accommodating the guests’ spa experience. Education, Experience, Training or Skills Required: •High School Diploma or equivalent •Basic math and accounting skills •Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills required •Service oriented- able to pamper, accommodate and anticipate guests needs •Solution oriented •Positive, energetic and professional demeanor •Flexible and accommodating attitude •Previous customer service experience required •Computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel, related inventory software License or Certification Required: Not Applicable Essential Functions or Tasks: •Greet guest with proper salutation and smile •Accommodate guests needs by booking, confirming and changing appointments •Use the guests’ name at least 3 times during interaction •Refrain from discussing company or personal business with guests •Ascertain correct guest information and enter it accurately into the computer •Asses and resolve and scheduling conflicts and guest challenges •Provide current and detailed information about all spa services •Keep an accurate cash bank, making changes and handling sales transactions •Properly distribute cash gratuities •Check out guest in a timely and accurate manner •Promote, sell and properly handle all gift certificate transactions •Maximize retail sales •Answer the phone promptly with a proper salutation and a smile •Accommodate guest reservation requests, offering many options •Create The Spa at Hotel Park City experience with the first phone call •Book and schedule treatments for the staff efficiently and fairly •Participate in staff meetings and trainings •Follow established lost and found procedure •Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front desk area and retail •Perform all requested duties or tasks assigned by spa director •Exercise proper communication with others, commitment to you team and the overall guest experience while utilizing consideration and compromise for and given situation •Comply with all Hotel Park City policies and procedures Note:A review of this description has excluded the marginal functions of the position that incidental to the performance of fundamental job duties. Qualifications:

Resourceful and well organized. Able to lift 50 pounds Ability to read, write, speak English and understand the English language to communicate with guests and team members. Must be able to work any shift. Must be able to type 40+ words per minute.High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in the hotel industry or a related field. Experience with office equipment (telephone, computer, fax, copy machines, mail service etc).
