Duties: |
Repair or replace defective building equipment parts using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate
Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them
Other errands and duties as needed

Qualifications: |
Skills in general carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and construction
Ability to interpret and understand maintenance manuals
Skills in operating hand and power tools
Demonstrated problem solving/maintenance/troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills
Self driven
Current valid driver’s license
