Description: |
| C.R.England, one of the nation's largest trucking companies is looking for a Load Planner to match all loads for the trucks entering their geographical areas of responsibility. |
Duties: |
| The Load Planner is responsible for:
All drop yards
Supervise all local drivers in their assigned area
Coordinate with Driver Managers and drivers to make sure all loads are matched and drivers have acknowledge the load assignments
Plus any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: |
| Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
Prior telephone experience and capabilities are needed.
Transportation industry experience is helpful
Verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, AS400 preferred.)
Organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines is a must.
A geographical knowledge of the United States would be helpful.
One year or more of experience preferred in customer relations.
