Duties: |
| Looking for both bilingual (English/Spanish) and English only candidates. Will coordinate medical insurance reimbursement approval process for patient testing services as part of a customer service staff. Will interact with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers utilizing telephone, e-mail, and fax. Must accurately document contacts and coordinate follow-up activities in a timely manner. Must act in compliance with agency, department, and company regulations, policies and procedures. |
Qualifications: |
Minimum Requirements:
Professional and detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Accurate typing skills of at least 35 words per minute
Excellent listening, transcribing, and self-review skills
PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and e-mail
Able to manage several tasks simultaneously, often under pressure
One year of customer service or medical reimbursement experience
Preference given to applicants with:
Bachelors Degree
More than one year of customer service or medical reimbursement experience
