| Manages all aspects of marketing programs for specified product(s). Designs, develops, and executes marketing strategies and directs advertising and promotional activities. Research and evaluation of potential new products and product line extensions. |
Duties: |
| Responsible for directing the development and execution of strategic marketing plan and support product specific sales activities. Oversee the development of business plans and product positioning in the market place including assessment of potential markets. Conduct and evaluate market research, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs. Establish pricing strategies. Develop budgets and monitors expenditures. Identify new opportunities in the market. Develop short and long-range strategies for product expansion. Interface with research and development to develop new products or enhance existing products or product line. Key Skill Set: Strong healthcare product and service marketing and sales experience Understanding of key healthcare stakeholders and influencers Ability to identify creative and novel marketing approaches Ability to balance strategic direction with tactical execution Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to interact and gain cooperation with other internal business units Ability to analyze market data Financial analysis skills Analytical and problem solving skills Demonstrated leadership experience Strong written and oral communications skills Compensation: Commensurate with experience |
Qualifications: |
| Bachelors degree, Masters preferred, and 3 to 5 years healthcare marketing experience |
