| Sous Chef at the Lion House Pantry. Various days and hours Monday through Saturday. 8:00 AM until 4 PM |
Duties: |
Preparation and cooking all menu items. Keeps station clean and sanitary. Supervise and train other employees. Food cost control. Must have a flair for creativity.

Qualifications: |
| Applicant for this job needs to have at least two years experience in a restaurant or kitchen. Diploma in Culinary Arts. Supervisor experience in the kitchen is also required. Successful applicants are expected to hold a valid food handler permit or ServSafe certificate. Neat and clean in appearance, able to communicate in English with employees, able to move 50 pounds, must abide by Corporation’s 100% smoke-free policy. |
